Where is the single stitch wale placed on the decrease round of Marie Wallin Scalloway Tam? Even tho I have been knitting for decades, I want to be sure about these instructions on the Tam I am doing for the KAL.
After the decrease (done 6 times) do you add the single stitch shown on the bar of the pattern? Is it stitched before or after the decrease? Thank you so much from chilly northern Wisconsin, USA.
