Designed by Karen Shaw, this pattern combines basic knit and purl stitches to create an adorable “kiss” design (Xs) surrounded by lovely seed stitch edging. The result is a soft, squishy, warm blanket that will make a perfect gift for any precious baby!
Our “Baby Boo” aran weight yarn is made in small batches, hand-crafted with fibres from PEI lambs, and hand-dyed using only Greener ShadesTM organic dyes, so you can feel good about your fibre and knit loving positive vibes into the fabric.
Requires 450 yards of the main colour (shown in Blankie) and 80 yards of the edging colour (shown in Cupcake).
US 8 or 5mm needles.
