We offer free shipping when your order exceeds $175.00. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be fulfilled and shipped out. Delivery time will then vary based on your location and the postal service to your area, as well as your customs service.

Duties, taxes and brokerage: It's possible that in some cases, your order may be subject to taxes. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes and handling charges as assessed by your country's customs agency.
As we have no control over these charges, we can’t tell you what the cost might be; customs policies and import taxes vary widely from country to country. If you're unsure, please check your home country's import tax policies. Our shipping covers delivery to you, but does not include local duties or taxes at the point of import; these are your responsibility as per our terms of service. We will include the necessary documents for customs/border control with your parcel, but your country's assessment of these documents, the time it takes and the import taxes charged are out of our control.
We will not issue refunds on orders abandoned at your customs agency.
International and Non-Contiguous US States Shipping
We are happy to ship our products world-wide. Unfortunately shipping rates do not allow us to offer flat rate shipping or free shipping to our customers outside of North America.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be fulfilled and shipped out.
When you place your order, you will be shown the calculated shipping fees. You can choose Canada Post or UPS and there are different service levels from which you can choose. Please be aware, Canada Post International Small Packet is NOT tracked. If you select this shipping method, we are not able to give you more information about your package once it is dropped at our local post office. You will receive a confirmation when your package has been shipped (dropped at the post office).
If you would be more comfortable having your package tracked, please select Canada Post Tracked Packet - International or one of the UPS services.
We can not be responsible for late packages outside of North America, due to International customs policies.
