We made a special batch of yarn from the black sheep in our flock. Their extra long staple makes a durable 2 ply yarn that we love for knitting rustic socks, and any thing else you can think of when you want warm and durable.
We recommend 3.0mm needles for socks and mitts, and other garments on 4mm - 4.5mm needles.
It is a 100% untreated wool from our farm in a 2 ply.
